Log In Instructions and Accessibility

To access the portal, enter your King University Financial Aid Portal ID, which is the email address used for your FAFSA. You will create a PIN the first time you log into the portal.

If you have not created or have forgotten your PIN, you can do this from the LOG IN box in the upper right corner. Keep your ID and PIN in a safe place as you will need these to access the King University Financial Aid Portal in the future.

You must have a financial aid record established at King University to access this system. This means you must be a new student who has been accepted for admission or a current student who has pre-registered for classes. You will also need to have completed a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). If you have not begun the financial aid application process, you can get started by completing your FAFSA online.

Deadlines and Reminders

Students must Accept or Decline all awards showing in Pending status.

April 15, 2025 is the priority deadline for the Tennessee Residents to complete their FAFSA for the Tennessee Student Assistance Award. The TSAA is worth up to $4,000. KU does not make up these funds if you file your FAFSA past the deadline.

TN Hope recipients must have a minimum cumulative 2.75 TELS GPA after 24 and 48 attempted hours. At 72 attempted hours and thereafter, students must maintain at least a 3.0 cumulative TELS GPA, OR a cumulative TELS GPA between 2.75 - 2.99 and semester GPA of 3.0. TN Hope recipients will have their academic transcripts evaluated at each 24-hr benchmark. Changes in enrollment status (i.e.dropping from full time to part time) could lead to a loss of eligibility. Before dropping a course, please check with the Financial Aid Office prior to changing your schedule. For further information visit collegefortn.org.
